How much is my international shipping fee?

If you purchase a jewel on moissera.com for delivery outside the Philippines, you will be charged a US$150 shipping fee to be settled before delivery.

If you purchased a jewel for delivery outside the Philippines, you will be charged an import tax. You are responsible for any relevant taxes, customs, and duties on your order, in accordance with the relevant import laws of your country.

How can I make a return or exchange on moissera.com?
